Aumax pour moi chooses John Paul as Concierge partner
Le Relecq-Kerhuon, July 7, 2022 - Aumax pour moi, the 100% French fintech, a subsidiary of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, has joined forces with John Paul, the leader in concierge services and loyalty programmes, a subsidiary of the Accor hotel group. The aim? To offer the fintech's customers a personalised, responsive and flexible concierge service, designed to make their daily lives easier.
The integration of John Paul's concierge service with Aumax pour moi's fee-based offers
Launched on 5 July, Aumax pour moi's new concierge service is based on the expertise of John Paul's loyalty marketing solutions. Available on all paying offers (Premium, Metal and Responsible), this partnership allows the Breton fintech to offer a wide range of services to its customers, in line with consumers' lifestyles and requirements.
A redesigned and facilitated service, thanks to the integration of John Paul's concierge access within the Aumax pour moi application, which was previously hosted in a third-party application. A few clicks on the app are now enough to access the John Paul phone line and thus use a wide range of services (emergency breakdown service, childcare recommendations, travel arrangements or even booking a favourite restaurant or hotel).
What is the purpose of a concierge service in a banking offer?
Example of services:
Organising activities for your summer holiday
You're going on holiday to the mountains with friends and want the concierge to organise two days worth of activities, including a bike ride. Aumax pour moi Conciergerie by John Paul will recommend the activities and take care of all the bookings, sharing with you ideas of restaurants to try between events.
An all-inclusive move
You are looking to move from Paris to Bordeaux but don't have the time to do all the work of selecting and researching specialists. Moreover, you have a tight schedule but you can still be flexible on the date if the price is more attractive. Aumax pour moi Conciergerie by John Paul offers two classic quotes and an ecological alternative with a company that carries out several removals at the same time. It completes the proposal with the availability of the three service providers over a period of one and a half months.
An emergency plumber after the holidays!
You come back from holiday and notice a water leak in your bathroom. You can't think of a plumber or a reliable specialist in your area. You ask us for help in your search. Ideally right away, because the leak is significant! Aumax pour moi Conciergerie by John Paul identifies tradesmen and manages the contacts. They manage to find a plumber for the same day, who falls within the budget.
Aumax pour moi: the fintech that simplifies life for the French
This new partnership is in line with Aumax pour moi's desire to be as close as possible to its customers by offering them a new tailor-made assistance service, close to their needs and always with a view to simplifying their daily lives.
"At Aumax pour moi, we always want to offer the best to our clients. With John Paul, we choose the excellence of a tailor-made support and an elite service. A new offer that reinforces the customer experience and the services of our premium offers", explains Hugues Mercier, Managing Director of Aumax pour moi.
"John Paul is delighted and proud to consolidate its leading position with the confidence of Aumax for me! Our excellent concierges, available 7 days a week and trained to provide quick and appropriate responses to requests, will simplify, facilitate and delight the daily lives of the customers concerned. This new collaboration reinforces John Paul's position as a centre of expertise and a cornerstone of the customer experience in the financial sector. The two companies share the same values and objectives of innovation, security and emotion. While guaranteeing immediacy and service excellence, the expertise of our concierges will bring a human dimension that is so important in this post-covid period, concerned with creating a unique emotion, which is a true axis of differentiating value for Aumax," says Olivier Larigaldie, CEO of the John Paul Group.
