At John Paul, our approach to events is based above all on the experience, which we offer in two main areas: “Money can't buy” events and more traditional events.
Our “Money can't buy” experiences are designed to be exclusive and memorable. “We set up unique, tailor-made activities in smaller groups,” explains Justine Kokorian Devesa, Associate Director of Partnerships and Events EMEA at John Paul. These experiences allow for total immersion: private lessons with a Michelin-starred chef, a day out with renowned sportsmen and women, or the discovery of iconic sites. Our aim is to create a deep attachment to the brand through these unique moments.
Traditional events, which also meet the same high quality standards, are aimed at a wider audience, with an average of 100 to 200 participants. The objective? To offer themed evenings where everything is designed to immerse guests in an immersive universe. “We coordinate every stage, from venue selection to service provider management, to guarantee a seamless, high-end experience,” explains Justine. These events encourage direct interaction between brand and customer, reinforcing the sense of belonging.

Within the John Paul approach, each event is conceived as an experience in its own right, where customer knowledge is central. “We work to precise specifications, taking into account brand objectives, guest profiles and seasonality, among other factors,” explains Justine Kokorian Devesa. Here again, the choice of appropriate venues and partners reflects our ongoing commitment to excellence.
To create even more excitement around our events, we combine a subtle use of storytelling with unique animations, transforming these moments into a unique and personalized experiential adventure. “The idea is not just to offer an evening, but to enable everyone to leave with lasting memories,” she continues.
Continuing to develop our expertise
Although anchored in France, John Paul is gradually deploying its event expertise abroad. But the primary ambition remains “to enrich our traditional events offering and increase their number without compromising on quality”, she concludes.
