For over 15 years, John Paul Concierge Services has been the preferred choice of companies for creating loyalty programs (Concierge, Privilege and Events) on their behalf. In 2023 John Paul is strengthening its Concierge teams and is looking for people for whom service is a passion. You'll need to be curious, inventive and astute, in order to respond to the varied missions entrusted to you by our Members, and to provide a unique experience that only John Paul can offer. A concierge by passion and willing to do everything in your power to find personalized solutions, you will have to respect the codes of requirements that have made John Paul's reputation and meet the level of quality to which we are committed.

=> Position based at our headquarters in the Marais district of Paris (75003).
=> Open-ended contract, 35 hours a week, Monday to Sunday between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.

To become a John Paul Concierge of excellence you must :

  • Have the autonomy to manage your time and organize your work
  • Good interpersonal skills: listening, availability, courtesy
  • Attention to detail and quality of service: thoroughness, precision, reliability
  • Comfortable using IT and office tools: Office, CRM, etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken French (spelling and syntax)
  • Flexibility to work shifts
  • The desire to join a competent, happy and supportive team
  • Fluency in English, at least orally, is essential.
